as everything does get upgraded ... you can stay in the 80s with a Xerox 820 waiting for the newest cpm os or just do it and be happy that there will always be newer but there will always be older as well. Anyway, I've got the money and a job.

It's too expensive. And something tells me apple is going to release an ipad second generation that will have some better features and will make ipad 1st generation users feel betrayed,dumped on, and ripped off. but sure if i had loads of cash i would. but money dosn't grow on trees

Don't need it. Having a Droid is sufficient. But I could see the benefit and market for iPad. Plus there will be a newer, better version eventually. That's how Apple plays the game. Price will be so much lower when new editions are released. This item is for people who can't wait...can't wait to waste their money on a new toy.
